What can cause the MacBAT5 not to turn on after removing the battery spacer?
The cause may be that the contacts of the battery cage were bent while removing the spacer.
Press the contacts of the cage and reinsert the battery.
How can I perform an erasure of the converter data?
To delete the data of the converter, contact the Technical Service to generate a daily password for the converter.
What should I do to update the converter?
Each resolver can be updated even while on site.
Each resolver will require a one-day service password and software replacement instructions available by contacting the Technical Service.
Why can’t the converter parameters be changed with ConfIT software!
To change the data of the resolver parameters, firstly check the correctness of the logging data in the upper window of the program.
If the logging data are correct, check the alarm memory fill status *
* With a value >80%, the resolver is locked and it is not possible to modify the parameters in any way except to reset the memory status.
Why the MacBAT5 does not log on to the network?
In the diagnostic window of the ConfIT! software, check at what stage the converter logging stops.
If, for example, the SIM card is not detected, check whether the card is properly inserted in the simholder.
What to do to restore the password for the USER-000 or 100000 account
It is possible to change a forgotten permanent password.

Can the converter handle multiple measurement strings?
No.
Each converter operates on only one measuring string.
It is not possible to extend its functionality to handle more measuring strings
Why does the pressure sensor indicate higher pressures than the pressure gauge?
The pressure sensors used in the calculators are of ABS design, that is, they add atmospheric pressure to the operating pressure, which is used for conversions.
Why do the new converters already have the volume calculated on the Vb meter?
