Electronic gas volume corrector with integrated 2G/ 3G/ 4G LTE modem for remote data reading.

Gas volume correction to base conditions from rotor, turbine and bellows gas meters. MacBAT 5 performs PTZ, PT or T type conversions.

Comprehensive solution supporting the most popular standards for digital communication with gas meters with built-in encoder for battery operation. It has dual inputs LF, HF, Encoder SCR and NAMUR, Wiegand.

MacBAT 5 is an intrinsically safe device. It can be installed in “0” zero explosion hazard zone.

MacBAT 5 converter is ATEX and MID certified.

Effective prevention of measurement differences.

Advanced solution to prevent differences in gas meter and calculator measurements, including backflow detection.

Gas compressibility factor is calculated using SGERG-88, AGA8-92DC, AGA8-G1, AGA8-G2, AGA NX-19 mod algorithms or by a fixed relative conversion factor value.

Volume increment measurement every second from HF input – also possible during battery backup.

Configurable graphical graphs displaying the selected parameter on the main screen at a specified time.
